Salter & Sons Electric is led by Tyler Salter, a Vancouver-based Red Seal journeyperson electrician with FSR Class B certification. Tyler trained at the College of New Caledonia and BCIT, and brings eleven years of trade experience across British Columbia and Alberta.

Recent work includes supervising crews of up to twelve as an electrical foreman on the New St. Paul's Hospital project, overseeing install, code compliance, and coordination with the general contractor and other trades. The discipline that scale of work demands carries into every Salter & Sons project, from single-family panel upgrades to commercial tenant improvements.

Tyler Salter

Tyler is a Red Seal journeyperson electrician with FSR Class B certification and eleven years in the trade across British Columbia and Alberta. His experience spans residential wood-frame new builds and renovations, concrete high-rise tower work, and commercial construction, along with the power distribution that ties those projects together. Over the last two years he has focused on institutional work alongside Jordan Grant, supervising crews as an electrical foreman on the New St. Paul's Hospital project in Vancouver.

Jordan Grant

Jordan brings 15 years in the trade, with hands-on experience spanning everything from demolition through to commercial distribution. His background also runs into controls and residential work, and his depth of product and installation knowledge keeps jobs moving efficiently and professionally. Over the past two years he has been building institutional experience on the New St. Paul's Hospital project here in Vancouver, spearheading the conduit installation for the medical imaging rooms under the direction of Tyler Salter.
